The amendment to Clause (Second) of the provisions of Article Twenty-seven of the Executive Regulations of the Labor System issued by a decision of His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development No. (146481) dated 9/7/1441 AH aims to amend the Executive Regulations of the Labor System No. (70273) dated 4/11/ 1440 AH, to develop the flexible work mode by improving several aspects, the most important of which is allowing workers in the flexible work mode to work more than 95 hours per month and improving the calculation of ranges to become one point.
