• Without prejudice to the penalties mentioned in other regulations, a civil service worker who violates the provisions of these regulations shall be penalized as per the below:

• A fine not exceeding two thousand riyals, or preventing the individual from working in the Kingdom permanently, or both.

• The fines shall be multiplied by the number of violations committed by the domestic worker.

• The violator shall bear the costs of his/her return to his/her home country; if the person does not have financial dues that meet the fines imposed on him/her, the violator shall be deported to his/her home country at the account of the state if the proceeds achieved from the application of Article (19) of these regulations are not sufficient.
