The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development held a memorandum of cooperation with the Technology Transformation Solutions Company, as the Ministry was represented in signing this memorandum by His Excellency the Deputy Minister for Community Development, A. Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Zabin, and the company was represented by its CEO, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Hammadi.
This memorandum aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of social services by building and developing partnerships in a way that contributes to integration between entities and raising the efficiency of work. According to this memorandum, the company will be able to provide information technology services to the targeted non-profit sector supervised by the Ministry, in order to help organizations overcome problems And technical obstacles, and increasing the efficiency of its digital transformation wheel, the memorandum also included the provision of a security verification service, a mechanism for using the inquiry service provided by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and a display of the number of hours and times of volunteering, and the entities that have volunteered on the Absher platform.
It is noteworthy that this memorandum comes within the ministry’s plans to conclude various partnerships with all sectors of the state and its private institutions, in order to improve the quality of services provided to the beneficiary groups, and to achieve the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, which emphasized the need for integration between all government and private agencies to better serve citizens.
