His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, sponsored today, Monday, December 9, 2024, the closing ceremony of the "Jadir" program to qualify distinguished recent graduates, in the presence of a number of Their Excellencies, the leaders of the human resources and social development system, and representatives of government and private entities participating in the program.
In his speech at the ceremony, His Excellency the Minister expressed his pride and satisfaction with the achievements of the program participants, affirming that this success marks the beginning of a promising professional journey filled with opportunities. He expressed his confidence in their ability to excel and integrate into various work environments within the ministry, working with a spirit of optimism, perseverance, and success.
His Excellency noted that the program has contributed to the development of a new generation of youth capable of competing and contributing to achieving the Ministry's objectives and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. He added that the program was carefully designed according to a rigorous methodology aimed at enhancing the trainees' efficiency and developing their skills, reflecting the strategic directions of the wise leadership in developing human capital and empowering it to compete globally.
The year-long “Jadir” program consisted of four primary training phases. The first phase focused on developing general skills through training programs and practical projects aimed at raising functional efficiency. During this phase, the trainees innovated and implemented 20 projects. The second phase was dedicated to developing technical competencies in specialized areas such as strategic planning, project management, human resources, media, engineering, financial and legal management, and information technology. The trainees received 5 accredited international professional certificates. In the third phase, the trainees were given the opportunity to practically apply the skills acquired through cooperation with 13 government and private entities, which contributed to enhancing their practical experiences and enabling them to transfer knowledge and apply best practices in work environments. The fourth and final phase focused on enabling participants to exercise their actual tasks within the ministry.
The ceremony witnessed the graduation of 89 trainees and honored the government and private entities that contributed to the program.
It is noteworthy that the "Jadir" program comes as part of the ministry's efforts to achieve its strategy which stems from Vision 2030, by supporting young national cadres, and qualifying and training them on the job in the fields of work within the ministry, in cooperation with partners from various sectors.
