On Sunday, January 14, 2024, His Excellency the Assistant Minister for Shared Services, Mr. Ismail Al-Ghamdi, launched the second edition of the Ministry’s leadership training program (HRSD Elite), directed to the Ministry’s leaders, in Arabic, in the presence of His Excellency the Undersecretary for Human Resources, Mr. Muhammad Al-Mughlouth, and a number of the Ministry’s leaders participating in the program.

His Excellency Al-Ghamdi attended the launch of the inaugural sessions of the program, which comes in cooperation and partnership with Harvard business school. After studying and evaluating the training needs of the Ministry's leaders, the Human Resources Agency designed the program in three key units. The program extends over a period of three months, including in-person training sessions, self-training, and a study of practical and applied cases, and meeting with a number of local and international experts. The objective of the program is to enhance the experience and expertise of the trainees in order to meet the demands of their work and their roles in the Ministry's future direction.
