أطلق فرع وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة مبادرة "واعي" إحدى مبادرات فرع الوزارة بمنطقة مكة المكرمة بالتعاون مع جامعة الملك عبدالعزيز وجامعة جدة والكليات التقنية، حيث نُظمت عدد من الورش التوعوية للطلاب والطالبات المتوقع تخرجهم قريبًا، وذلك للتعريف بالحقوق والواجبات الوظيفية في نظام العمل والأنظمة واللوائح للمقبلين على سوق العمل.
