Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) concluded with SAR a memorandum of understanding (MOU). HRSD was represented by Director General of General Department of Supportive Social Services, Mr. Ismail bin Abdul Rahman bin Saeed, and SAR was represented by SAR Commercial General Manager, Mr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Eidan, in the presence of Deputy Minister of Rehabilitation and Social Guidance at HRSD, Dr. Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Wehaibi.
MOU aims to enhance joint work between HRSD and SAR and support social responsibility of the individual and society, by enabling and providing an electronic link mechanism for travel of persons with disabilities, providing facilities and discounts for them, and providing all means of assistance and aid during their presence in HHR Railway facilities and providing guidance to serve them.
Dr. Al-Wehaibi pointed out importance of these agreements, which contribute to improving services provided to beneficiaries and developing them to suit HRSD-sponsored groups.
Through such agreements, HRSD seeks to maximize cooperation with all agencies and institutions across various sectors in realization of KSA Vision 2030 objectives.
