The Family Fund is a National Institution and the provisions of these rules shall apply to it.
Subject to the provisions of the Regulations, the Regulations shall set out the objectives of the Fund and shall not exceed those objectives without the approval of the Minister or his delegate. It is generally intended to strengthen the relationship , and to promote the spirit of solidarity, harmony and compassion among the family members. And cooperation in righteousness and piety, and contribute to the organization of charity among family members.
The applicant or applicants for the establishment must be:
1- Saudi National.
2. Not less than eighteen years of age.
3. Fully qualified.
4. Has relation to the person whose the Fund registered in his name.
