Achievements

1.    The Ministry obtained the "Validated by EFQM" certification from the European Foundation for Quality Management in 2021.
2.    The Ministry achieved the Silver level in the King Abdulaziz Quality Award in the Government Entities category in 2022.
3.    The Ministry reached Level 4 out of 5 in the Project, Program & Portfolio Management (P3M3) maturity assessment issued by the British organization Axelos in 2022. 
4.    The Ministry secured the first place for best performance in the National Transformation Program during the evaluation of executive entities at the National Transformation Forum (Transformation... A Reality We Live) in 2022. 
5.    The Ministry attained the Advanced level in the ADAA maturity assessment in 2022.
6.    The Ministry ranked fourth in the PMI Global Project Excellence Award in 2022. 
7.    For two consecutive years, the Ministry won first place in the Social Projects category of the PMI Global Project Excellence Award for the "National Platform for Volunteer Work" project in 2023. 
8.    In 2023, the Ministry obtained the "Recognized by EFQM" certification and achieved the five-star level among government entities in the Kingdom. 
9.    The Ministry reached Level 5, the highest level, in the P3M3 maturity assessment issued by Axelos in 2023.

4.    The Ministry obtained the ISO 9001 certification for providing administrative and general services to the Ministry's employees, such as administrative communication services, providing employee transportation, managing suppliers to execute contracts that meet the Ministry's needs and projects through contract and procurement management, and providing warehouse requirements and other services in 2022. 
5.    The Ministry secured the first place and the Golden Merit Shield in the "Accounting Merit Pioneers" program as the first government entity in the "Ministries" category in 2023.
6.    The Ministry obtained the ISO 41001 certification for Facility Management (FM) system requirements for facility management services provided to the Ministry's beneficiaries and stakeholders in 2023.
7.    The Ministry obtained the ISO 9001 certification for quality management system requirements for facility management services provided to the Ministry's beneficiaries and stakeholders and enhancing customer satisfaction in 2023. 
8.    The Ministry obtained the ISO 45001 certification for occupational health and safety management system requirements for facility management services provided to the Ministry's beneficiaries and stakeholders to achieve the desired results of the system in 2023. 
9.    The Ministry received the Excellence Shield for the first category in the ceremony honoring distinguished government entities in improving energy consumption in 2023. 
10.    The Ministry ranked second in the Local Content Excellence Award for the highest spending entities in the government entities category in 2023.

1. The Ministry won the Excellence in Digital Innovation Award at the IDC CIO Summit in 2020.
2. The Ministry obtained the ISO 27001:2013 certification for implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS), including risk governance, compliance with regulatory requirements, information security operations, and providing information security solutions in the Ministry in 2021.
3. The Ministry obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management system requirements through performance related to program acceptance testing and verification of pre-delivery activities in 2021.
4. The Ministry won the GCC Digital HR Award in 2022.
5. The Ministry ranked second in the Innovation stage of the Digital Transformation Measurement within the Digital Government Awards in 2022.
6. The Ministry obtained the ISO 38500:2015 certification for information technology and its governance for the organization through the development and implementation of IT governance and performance regulation frameworks for the Digital Transformation Agency in 2022.
7. The Ministry obtained the ISO 20000-1:2018 certification for information technology service management system requirements to provide an information technology service management system for the technical support department in 2022.
8. The Ministry won the Excellence Award among government entities in the Digital Transformation Measurement for 2023.
9. The Ministry ranked second in the efficiency of websites and digital content within the Digital Government Awards in 2023.
10.  The Ministry won the global Pega Award in the field of digital transformation in 2024.

3.    The Ministry won first place in the category of Best Communication Practice Accompanying Voluntary Campaigns in the Sharjah Government Communication Award in 2022. 
4.    The Ministry obtained the ISO 10002:2018 certification for guidelines for complaints handling related to products and services for the Citizen's Account Program in 2022.
5.    The Ministry obtained the ISO 10002:2018 certification for guidelines for complaints handling related to products and services in 2022. 
6.    The Ministry obtained the ISO 22301:2019 certification for business continuity management system requirements to implement, maintain, and improve the management system for protection against disruptions in 2022. 
7.    The Ministry won first place in the category of Best Communication Practice Accompanying Voluntary Campaigns in the Sharjah Government Communication Award in 2023. 
8.    The Ministry won first place (Gold category) in the category of Best Government Contact Center in the Saudi Customer Experience Awards in 2023.
9.    The Ministry won the Bronze Award in the category of Best Digital Transformation (Qiwa Platform) in the International Customer Experience Award in 2023. 
10.     The Ministry won the award for Best Change Management for Customer Experience in the International CX Award in 2023.
11.     The Ministry obtained the ISO 31000:2018 certification for risk management guidelines in the areas of customer interaction, business operations, technical services, and experts for the Citizen's Account Program in 2023.
 

1.     The Ministry obtained the  ISO 17020: 2012  certification for management system requirements that achieve technical competence in monitoring and inspection in 2021.  
    

1.    First place in the ISO 31000 program for guidelines on risk management and dealing with labor crises efficiently and professionally, and reducing work risks to provide distinguished services and solutions according to best practices in 2023.
    

1. The Ministry won the Silver Award in the Employee Engagement category within the GCC HR Awards in 2023. 

2. The Ministry won the Silver Award in the Employee Engagement category within the HR Brilliance Awards in 2023. 

3. The Ministry won the Silver Award in the field of Innovation for the category of HR Planning and Practice Management within the Stevie Awards for the Middle East and North Africa in 2024.

1.  The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development was crowned with the Arab Government Excellence Award for the subcategories for the project to enhance the participation of the Saudi workforce in the private sector in the Kingdom for the year 2023.
