This initiative consists of two training programs (iLead1 &iLead2 ) and they aim to imporve the leadership skills and the trading management for five thousands Saudi managers, one thousand Saudi excutive officers in both the private sector, government sectors and the non-governmental sector with the advent of the year2020. The suggested high quality of education relies on the projects that are managed jointly between the leading training institutions in the world and the local companies and that will consequently contribute in achieving the strategic goal represented in boosting the content , the skills and the training capabilities nationally.
