
Designing rehabilitative programs ending in the employemnt of the social security female beneficiaries who are able to work on many paths including : rehabilitative programs : it is carried out through polarization of the those who are interested in work and then sorting them based on their skills and capacities in order to determine the key requirements based on the interests and attitudes of each beneficiary, besides employment programs and empowerment of the beneficiary in her job. This initiative also integrates with the training programs of the HRDF to empower the women of the most needy categories.
