In the light of this initiative the HRDF has launched a national plan to improve the children care system to meet the demands on the centers of high qualities and with a resonable cost to support the families , the working women and increasing their productions , creating new jobs that suit the Saudi women nature. This initiative integrates with the programs of supporting the employment of the most needy women to empower the women and ensure their continuous presence in the labor market.
