
This initiative includes the development and expansion of the call center services affiliated to the MLSD which is currently used for receiving only the family violence reports calls incoming to the MLSD through the development of the center services as the following :
* Entrusing the private sector with the call center through a contract that enable the MLSD to reduce the cost burdens of operating the call center and expanding its services zone with lesser financial costs through the partnership with the private sector.
*Ensure providing the best service for the beneficiary through the service quality control agreements with the operating company.
