This initiative aims to increase the number of the part-timers within the domain of overall objective which is intended to reduce the unemployment rates , increasing the women participation in the private sector ,upgrading the students and job seekers skills through acquiring the skills that enable them to work as part-timers. I t is aljso possible to expand the part-time scope of work through promoting the current organjizing By-laws which control moving from the part-time jobs to full time jobs, encouraging the employers , the job seekers and students who are interested in developing the part-time job concept.
