Her Highness Princess / Nora Bint Mohammed bin Saud patronizes the closing ceremony of "Mother and Child Educating Program", organized by the centers of social development in Riyadh and Dir'iyah in the ministry complex in Dir'iyah next Wednesday 09/08/1436 AH.
Mrs. / Nora bint Soliman Al- Sabti the coordinator of women's sections of Social Development Center, explained that the program is concerned with educating the mother and the child, and supporting the mother in her care and upbringing of their children from the age of 3-9 years.
Al- Sabti said that the program of helping mother to provide her child his basic skills is an educational program, that aims to support and help the mother in educating her children. Also, an introductory program for children who could not attend kindergarten.
Coordinator of Women's sections confirmed that work mechanism on educating the mother and child program is applied over 25 weeks, in which mothers are gathered once a week for three hours.
Nora Al- Sabti added that the program is based on two pillars, educating mother and helping her to fulfill her role in the education her children, and make her aware of the methods of dealing, and positive interaction .......
Al- Sabti noted that the program is aimed at training the mother to provide her child the basic skills before entering school and satisfy his mental, social, psychological, physical and emotional needs, in accordance with the women characteristics, she also said that the mother join to the program is free, and a babysitter is available for every mother would like to accompany her children with her.
Al- Sabti paid tribute to Child Care Association for the effective partnership on training and excellence in this developmental program, which was implemented over 50 training groups, by 46 trainer, and the estimated number of female graduates is about 842 graduates.
Nora Al- Sabti concluded her statement with thanks to His Excellency the Minister of Social Affairs Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Qasabi for his extraordinary efforts, and excellence support in executing development programs, and thanks go to His Excellency the Deputy Minister for Social Development Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Sadhan for his interest and support for the Social Development sector.
