The Ministry aims to enhance the concept of the beneficiary/user experience among its members, and to embrace and design experiences centered around the beneficiary. The events held included a variety of initiatives and interactive activities to raise the level of awareness of the concepts of the centrality of the beneficiary/user and its important role in government work.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is considered to be one of the first government agencies to adopt the user/beneficiary-centric approach: it established a dedicated agency for beneficiary experience in 2019, that have been concerned with developing and managing beneficiary experiences and ensuring their sustainability in line with international best practices while taking into account the needs and interests of beneficiaries.
