The HRSD signed a joint memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY). H. E. HRSD Assistant Minister for Shared Services, Mr. Ismail S. Alghamdi represented the Ministry for signature. On the other hand, Eng. Khaled bin Mohamed Salem represented the RCJY.
In the presence of HRSD Deputy Minister for Human Resource, Mr. Mohamed Al-Maghlouth who mentioned the Human Resource Agency seeks to enhance shared work with other entities for training, qualifying and developing the human cadres skills.
It is worth mentioning that the agreement provides for implementing training programs, holding bilateral meetings and workshops and exchanging experiences in the fields of work which serve both parties.
