The HRSD, represented by the Labor Market Policy Agency, in collaboration with King Abdul Aziz Center for National Dialogue (KACND), held the 3rd dialogue workshop 2023, in collaboration with government and labor representatives, entitled: “Government Legislations and Policies - Visions and Expectations” in the Center’s headquarters in Riyadh.

 The workshop agenda highlighted the topics of the Social Dialogue Forum for this year, which addressed the investigation of occupational injuries in the Social Insurance Law, the procedural services provided for employers and employee, and how much they can be benefitted from, along with contract authentication program process, and the investigation and handling of their challenges.

 Besides, attendees discussed the revision of the legislations regulating the works of labor court in terms of the types of lawsuits filed to them. They also clarified such courts’ jurisdictions in the lawsuits of contracts and the Labor Law and the mechanism for litigation to resolve labor dispute.

The HRSD Deputy Minister for the Labor Market Policies, Eng. Hani bin Abdulmohsen Almoagel, attended the workshop and gave a speech by which he welcomed participants and talked about the HRSD leadership’s support for providing opportunities and facing challenges, which contributes to the labor market growth.

 The workshop also was attended by representatives of the government delegation, represented by the relevant government authorities (Ministry of Justice - GOSI - HRSD). The delegate was headed by Mr. Yousuf Alharbi, along with representatives of labors from the Saudi National Committee of Workers Committee, headed by Eng. Nasser Aljuraid.
