Any cooperative society is considered legal if it is formed by a group of individuals in accordance with this system in order to improve social and economic conditions of its members whether in the production or consumption aspects ,marketing or services aspects through the joint efforts of the societies’ members and following the cooperative principles . The society’s name should include an indication to its cooperative capacity and its work type or activity.
