It is a strategic national program through which the MLSD tries hard to encourage the employment of the persons with disabilities (who are able to work) in rthe private sector and enabling them to get the job opportunities which suit their capacities and qualifications that cope and conform with their disability condition or type, with the focus on the importance of obtaining the supportive facilitative services to carry out the job tasks besides the preparation of the work environments to be supportive and facilitate carrying out the job's tasks and requirements. This initiative shall include three working paths including the following:
- Creating a national strategy for the persons with disabilites.
- Revision and amendment of the persons with disabilities' executive rules & regulations.
- Upgrading the mechanisms and procedures to enable and empower the persons with disabilities who are able to work.
