Work in K.S. A is mainly concentrated in three regions : Estern Region, Riyadh and Makkah. The population is distributed equally all a round K.S.A. Providing a flexible work environment such as tele-work, allows a large number of population to deal with the tele-work employers through work from home, remote office complex). - Raise the woman particpation in the labor market.
- Providing opportunities for the persons who live in the regions with fewer opportunities.
- Saving flexible working hours will allow the individuals to meet their family burdens
