The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development organized two workshops on Sunday and Monday, February 9-10, targeting recruitment companies and offices in the Qassim and Hail provinces. These workshops are part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to present its future recruitment strategy and the sector’s transformation steps.
During the workshops, discussions focused on the role of service providers in improving procedural quality and enhancing beneficiary satisfaction. Additionally, the latest developments in the recruitment sector were reviewed, along with mechanisms for integration and cooperation to develop the labor market. The sessions also covered recruitment practice regulations, labor service provisions, and a simplified transfer mechanism implemented through a gradual plan extending over two years since the regulations were approved and published via the Istitlaa platform.
It is worth noting that the ministry had previously held similar workshops in the Eastern Province, as well as in the Makkah and Riyadh Provinces, emphasizing the strategic transformation in the recruitment sector. These efforts aim to enhance sustainability, elevate service standards, and meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
