The project aims to promote and activate a culture of volunteer work among individuals and institutions across all sectors. It seeks to organize the relationship between the parties involved in volunteer work, define their rights and responsibilities, and foster values of national belonging, humanitarian efforts, and social responsibility within the community and its institutions. Additionally, the project aims to develop volunteers' skills, directing them toward national priorities, and to enhance the regulatory environment for volunteer work, thereby expanding and activating volunteerism to support the community's developmental goals.
