The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, represented by the Labor Market Policies Agency, in collaboration with the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue, held the fourth workshop of the thirteenth Social Dialogue Forum for the year 2023. The workshop included the participation of representatives of employers and workers under the theme: "Legislation and Government Policies - Visions and Aspirations."
The fourth workshop shed light on the social insurance system, particularly compensations for work-related injuries and procedural services. It emphasized the importance of documenting contracts as an integrated system, whether for the worker or the employer. The workshop also addressed labor courts and their connection to contracts and the labor system, all contributing to the growth and development of the labor market by creating opportunities and addressing challenges.
