My Employment Data
The "My Employment Data" digital platform enables civil service employees and human resources specialists to take advantage of the latest technologies developed by the ministry. The platform provides digital services for civil service employees, enabling them to correct and review their employment data. A partnership with The Ministry of Health have been made to provide details on sick leaves of the employees through the digital platform. Additionally, the historical job record and printing a service statement, with the possibility of following the decisions of training, scholarships and administrative transactions, and providing the period of service after the approving the update requests on the employment data are also available and easily accessed through the platform. The platform also allows its users to follow up on all requests from anywhere and at any time, and give more digital services that save employee time and effort without needing to visit the ministry.
Citizen account
The Citizen Account Program was established to protect Saudi families from the expected direct and indirect impact of various economic reforms, which may cause an additional burden on some segments of society.
The program redirects government benefits to eligible groups in a way that encourages rational consumption, and ensures that support is directed effectively to different eligible groups, as support will be provided in cash and transferred directly to eligible beneficiaries.

donation service (Donate)
The national platform for donations “Donate” was launched in implementation of Ministerial Resolution No. (37052) issued on 30/2/1442 AH to build a national model that reflects the highest meanings of social solidarity through giving and giving in charity, and finding a safe and transparent way to deliver donations to those in need under the umbrella of the Ministry of Human Resources and social development.
Client page (Complaints and Reports)
It is possible through the portal (Client page): to submit a complaint or request to communicate with His Excellency the Minister. It is a portal whose direct goal is to integrate the work of the ministry and society.
It works to increase the effectiveness of electronic communication and raise the percentage of public participation in the partnership on the directions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. This portal also achieves communication with customers about the Ministry's various works and services.
Jobs’ Need Recording
This service enables government agencies to register their annual job vacancy requirements to allow the Ministry of Civil Service to announce for these jobs to Saudi job seekers.
Service Statement (BAYAN)
This service provides automation for all verification procedures for the data of government employees who have completed their service period, taking into consideration the calculated service period for the purpose of retirement. The service enables issuance of service statement to be sent to the Public Pension Agency to complete retiree pension payments automatically.
Training and Scholarships Portal
The Training and Scholarship Portal provides a unified portal for all government agencies to apply for training and/or scholarships for their employees. After submitting training and/or scholarships applications, the Ministry of Civil Service will take necessary actions to finalize the application.
Rules & Regulations Inquiries
The service facilitates the process of following up and studying the rules and regulations inquiries requested by government agencies, and then informing the government agency of the official opinion.
