The service allows customers to book an electronic appointment to visit the branches of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and also allows them to inquire about their appointments.
Book an appointment online:
The user chooses the online appointment service to make an appointment reservation
The user selects the reservation information
Determining the branch sector (labor / social security offices)

The user enters (the ID / Iqama number) and the mobile number
The user enters the CAPTCHA and chooses a reservation

Inquire about an appointment:

The reservation information and the location of the branch are displayed
A user can request to resend appointment details by selecting “Resend SMS”
The client can (cancel the appointment) only if the appointment is still on by selecting “Cancel”
