End-of-adoption reward for foster families
A service that enables foster families (registered to Ministry’s systems) to obtain the end-of-adoption reward provided by the ministry in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- Sign-in to Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development e-Services Portal.
- Select “End-of-adoption reward for foster families” service from the list of available e-services.
- Fill the application form, acknowledge to service terms and conditions, and then submit your request.
* After submitting his/her request, user can track application status by visiting “My requests” page.
** For further clarification, please see the user manual of the service.
• The applicant is registered to Ministry’s systems.
• The foster family (applicant) is registered as the last foster family to adopt the selected orphan.
• There is no “Under Processing” application related to the selected orphan for the same service.
• End-of-Adoption reward for adopting the orphan is not previously obtained. (By the applying foster family or any other family/entity)
