"The Ministry of Labor and Social Development has emphasized that (Wessal Service ) aims to facilitate access to the modest needy persons through the almsgivers where the Ministry is provided with the information about the modest needy person , contact information to verify and incase it has been proved that the person is a modest and he/she meets the eligibility conditions according to the social insurance system then the registration is made and the modest person is added to the social insurance program. It is noteworthy stating that the general supervisor of the social insurance agency at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development Dr. Abdul-Aziz AL-Feryan has indicated that the group targeted in Wessal service are the almsgivers who have enough information about the cases of the modest persons who are in need for the social insurance services program cases , adding that the method of using this service starts with login the Ministry electronic gateway on the Link: https://sd.mlsd.gov.sa, then choosing (Wessal Service) to access the modest persons . The alms giver should fill in the application information which contain the modest person information , the application is discussed and confirmed and then it is referred to the nearest social insurance office in order to communicate with the modest needy person and joining him/her to the social insurance services.
