العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية: إلغاء تراخيص 8 مكاتب استقدام خالفت الضوابط والاشتراطات

The MLSD has cancelled the licenses of 8 manpower recruitment offices in different regions of K.S.A because of viloating the rules and regulations of practicing the brokering activity in the manpower recruitment whereas the bank guarantees have been withdrawn from two office because of not settling their contractual obligations with the customers in addition to stopping the services provided to these offices by the Ministry and the related parties. The Ministry give a grace of 15 days for two recruitment offices to fulfill their obligations towards the customers, before the Ministry starts implementing a number of penalties against those two offices and those penlties include the withdrawal of bank gurantee and the stoppage of all the services provided for them or by them. These actions taken by the Ministry have come within the context of the maintaining the customers' rights, ensure that justice is done , the public interest , implementing the reulations and inflict penalties on the violators. within this context , the Ministry call for all the customers to report any of the violations or the problems that might face them concerning the manpower recruitment through the official channnels for reporting the violations where the aggrieved persons can submit their complaints electronically via the household labor program (Musaned) or [email protected] or via the customer services call centers 19911 or through the labor bureaus branches spreading in the K.S.A. regions.
