The MLSD has invited the concerned people and the employers in the private sector to collabotate the Ministry in improving the Ministrial decision pertaining to modifying the "stipulations of the tele-work" where the Ministry has put forth the modification draft on the community collaboration gateway "Ma'an Lil-Qarar" in order to present their comments and opinionns before the 29th of the current month of Rajab. H/E the Deputy -Minister for the labor policy Dr. Ahmed bin Jameel Qatan has explained that the regulation consists of 8 articles and it defines the "tele-work as " (the performance of the labor to his/her job duties at a place other than regular place of work by using any of the means of telecommunications and information technology. Dr. AL-Qatan added that regulation modifications defined the tele-worker as (a normal Saudi person peroforming a work(tele-work) for the interest of the employer -far from the employer's sight against a certain wage where the labor should be under the employers management and supervision. The Deputy-Minister has also indicated that the regulation explains the contractual relation between the employer and the labor and that it is sunbjected to the terms of the labor rules and regulation, the stipulations of the tele-work mechanism, the time and period of the work, adding that it is conditioned that the employment of the tele-workers should be through registering in the electronic gateway that the Ministry determines..
