"The Ministry of Labor and Social Development has revealed that the number of the complaints submitted by its customers against the manpower recruitment companies and offices has reached 4762 complaints during the year 2016, because of breaching the bylaws , the rules and regulations of practicing the activity and providing the labor services and the non- adherence to the contracts concluded with the customers . The Ministry has managed to tackle 2829 complaints whereas 1933 complaints are still under process at the labor Bureaus in all the regions.
The Ministry has called for all the Saudi citizens and the residents who have any complaints or comments on the performance of the manpower recruitment companies and offices to report the violations and the problems that face them regarding manpower recruitment through the official channels of submitting the reports and complaints . The Ministry has made it available for all the aggrieved persons to submit their complaints via calling the customer service number (19911) or through the labor bureaus branches spreading all around the Kingdom in order to preserve the citizens’ rights, protecting them from circumvention or not committing to the obligations being agreed upon by the contracting parties. The Ministry has emphasized the continuity of the campaigns and the auditing visits to the various manpower recruitment companies and offices around K.S.A to verify that the rules and regulations are implemented and to verify to what extent the service providers (companies and offices )adhere to the manpower recruitment rules and regulations.
