
Under the patronage of His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Civil Service, Eng. Maher bin Abdulrahman Al-Qasim, the Ministry concluded today, Sunday, October 20, 2024, a cooperation agreement with Saudi Arabian Airlines to provide quality services and discounts for public sector employees through the job loyalty program for public sector employees “Doam”.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Amer bin Abdullah bin Ahmed, Director General of the General Department of Human Resources Development Studies, and Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Abdulwahab, Director General of Sales for the Middle and Eastern Region. The agreement aims to enable the beneficiaries of the Doam job loyalty program from public sector employees to obtain various discounts on domestic and international flights provided by Saudi Arabia; according to specific requirements and benefits and through the use of the “Doam” application.
By holding these agreements, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is working to enhance its objectives in reaching the highest levels of cooperation with all authorities in various sectors, in order to enhance human resources practices and achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in investing and developing human capital, and to activate the Ministry's strategy in support of government agencies; in recognition and gratitude for the sincere and distinguished efforts of public sector employees, and believing in the duty of the Ministry and all its partners to provide various benefits that meet their daily needs.
The job loyalty program “Doam” provides a package of exclusive offers for government sector employees, through more than 2,500 service providers in all regions of the Kingdom, targeting more than 1.2 million employees, through which the Ministry aims to create a stimulating and productive work environment through standards that contribute to enhancing the culture of career excellence in government agencies, raising the productivity of public sector employees, and developing their job engagement.
