The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced the launch of the "Service Certificate" for individuals working in private sector establishments through the Qiwa platform. The certificate serves as an official document that can be presented to relevant authorities to verify the experiences of workers, confirming their employment and expertise in the establishments. This allows individuals to present the certificate to other establishments they plan to move to. The service enables workers, upon the termination of their contractual relationship, to obtain the Service Certificate electronically through their individual accounts on the "Qiwa" platform. This measure enhances the worker's experience and facilitates it significantly.

Through the Qiwa platform, the ministry aims to enhance the work environment, increase its stability, and achieve the best global practices through advanced digital solutions, offering more than 130 automated services for the business sector.

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, through the "Qiwa" platform, seeks to provide all labor system services digitally, promoting the preservation of the rights of contractual parties and enhancing the stability and attractiveness of the labor market in the Kingdom.
