The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Center for Social Research and Studies. The signing was represented by the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Social Development, Mr. Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Majid.

The aim of the memorandum is to activate the concept of youth development as one aspect of social development and to adopt feasible initiatives and projects using sound scientific methods. The memorandum also emphasizes the preparation of social studies and research, monitoring, studying, and analyzing social issues and phenomena, and providing recommendations related to their effects.

The Center will provide relevant government bodies with the results of studies, statistics, and information that can assist in planning and making decisions related to various aspects of social development.

It is worth mentioning that through such agreements, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development aims to achieve the highest level of cooperation with all entities and institutions in various sectors to fulfill its developmental objectives and contribute to empowering individuals and society.
