The Ministry of Labor and Social Development (MLSD) announced on Tuesday persons with disabilities can apply for free visas online via the electronic portal for the domestic labor program (Musaned).

They can access the portal through the link (https://www.musaned.com.sa/) starting from Sept. 20, which comes within the ministry's keenness to serve PwD and facilitate services to them.

The ministry said the move goes hand in hand with its continuous efforts in developing, facilitating and automating e-services to customers, as well as unfying conditions and terms of issuing visas through aligning with the social care system.

MLSD spokesman Khaled Abalkhail said this service includes in its first phase all those who have registered with 'Absher' e-service of Ministry of Interior by applying for visas and following easy steps via the e-portal , or through visiting individual recruitment administrations across the Kingdom.

He pointed out the service comes as a result of continuous efforts to unify all recruitment procedures of domestic labor under one comprehensive e-portal.
