H.E. Minister of Labor and Social Development Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Ghafis met with Governor of Mississippi Mr. Phil Bryant alongside his accompanying delegation on Monday.

At the meeting that took place at MLSD HQ in Riyadh, the two chiefs discussed several topics and issues of common interest, as well as explored ways to enhance cooperation between the Kingdom and the United States in the fields of labor and social development.

Dr. Al-Ghafis briefed the governor and his high-ranking delegation with a number of pathways in the labor market and their role in generating decent, attractive and stable job opportunities for Saudi nationals and offering a bundle of training programs as well.

The meeting was attended by Saleh Al-Amr, HRDF director-general, and Dr. Ahmed Qattan, deputy minister for labor policies at MLSD along with Mississippi officials, CEOs and representatives of American companies.
