Dr. Al-Ghafis meets with chairman of WAJIB to explore programs for families of martyrs

H.E Minister of Labor and Social Development Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Ghafis met on Sunday with Chairman of board of directors of the Society for Families of Martyrs of Duty (WAJIB) Saud Al-Owais along with a number of the society’s members.

At the meeting that took place at the ministry’s HQ in Riyadh, Dr. Al-Ghafis reviewed several programs that the society offers for its beneficiaries and its future objectives, as well as explored ways to intensify partnership between the ministry and the society in order to serve this important category of society including families of martyrs of duty.

The participants addressed a number of topics in a bid to lay out a motivational program that targets employment and training of sons and daughters of martyrs in order to prepare them for the labor market, in addition to studying their cases if they benefit from the ministry’s various services

The meeting was attended by WAJIB board members including legal consultant Ahmed Al-Mohameed, Dr. Sarah Al-Abdulkarim, CEO Ibrahim Al-Barghsh alongside Dr. Salem Al-Dini, deputy minister for social development sector at MLSD.
