Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) concluded seven memorandums of understanding with Abdullah Bin Saleh Al Othaim and Sons Charities Establishment. HRSD was represented by H.E. Deputy Minister of Social Development Sector at HRSD, Mr. Majid bin Abdul Rahim Al-Ghanimi, and Abdullah Bin Saleh Al Othaim And Sons Charities Establishment was represented by Chairman of Board of Trustees, Mr. Abdullah Bin Saleh Al Othaim.

MOUs aim to enhance joint cooperation between the two parties in the development field and to establish several expansion and development projects, namely: "Abdullah bin Abdullah Al Othaim City for Humanitarian Services", "Development and Expansion of Awatef Abdulaziz Al-Dakhil Dialysis Center in Hail", "Sheikh Abdullah Al Othaim Center for Liver and Organ Transplantation at KFSH in Buraydah" and "Departments of Hypnosis, Cardiac Care, Operations and Catheterization of PSCC", "Sheikh Saleh Al Othaim Eye Center, Ruqaya Al-Qafari Center for Medical Rehabilitation", Cochlear Implant Center at KFSH in Buraidah", "Establishment of Ruqaya Al-Qafari Educational Complex for Girls in Buraydah", "Saleh Bin Ali Al-Othaim Educational Complex for Boys in Buraydah", and "Establishing and Equipping a School in Uqlat Al-Suqur Governorate in Al-Qassim Region". 

These projects will be included in "SAKHAA" program, which is one of HRSD programs that support sustainable development projects to serve individuals and society. SAKHAA provides a package of programs and incentives for development startups. SAKHAA also provides an opportunity for development work for individuals and institutions, and effective contributions that have an impact on sustainable development according to KSA Vision 2030.

Through such agreements, HRSD seeks to maximize cooperation with all agencies and institutions across various sectors in realization of KSA Vision 2030 objectives.
