HRH Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Borders Province, inaugurated this community initiative during Ramadan under the slogan "In the Month of Goodness, Preach Goodness 3”. The Initiative witnessed participation of HRSD’s regional office and a number of volunteers.
