وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية يُطلق مجموعة من المنتجات والخدمات الرقمية

On Sunday, February 9, 2025, as part of the fourth edition of the largest technology conference, LEAP 2025, His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, launched a series of digital products and services aimed at advancing the ministry’s digital transformation and enhancing the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.

His Excellency emphasized that these launches align with the ministry’s digital transformation strategy, which seeks to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by developing digital services, ensuring secure and innovative access to government services, and fostering technological advancement and innovation across the Kingdom.

The newly launched digital products included the "Virtual Branch," which enables beneficiaries to complete ministry-related transactions electronically without the need to visit physical branches. This initiative aims to streamline access to government services through an effective digital experience, reduce time and effort, and enhance operational efficiency.

Additionally, the launches featured the "Digital Childcare Platform", which provides parents with smart solutions offering detailed and transparent information about childcare centers, including ratings, geographical locations, activities, and programs. The platform supports families by providing flexible, high-quality childcare options.

In support of the social development sector, the ministry also launched the "Social Development Platform," one of the sector-specific platforms designed to meet the needs of social development beneficiaries. The platform promotes transparency and efficiency while simplifying access to resources required for sustainable development. It serves as a single digital hub for cooperative associations, eliminating the need for in-person branch visits, encouraging member and community participation, and expanding service delivery to individuals and government entities within the sector.

These launches are part of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s broader strategy to enhance digital transformation, providing more efficient and flexible services. To date, the ministry has successfully automated over 1,000 services and processes, benefiting more than 32 million individuals.
