The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced the results of its inspection tours and monitoring of recruitment offices and companies in the fourth quarter of 2024. This comes as part of the Ministry's efforts to develop and raise the efficiency of the recruitment sector in the KSA and protect the rights of all concerned parties.

The Ministry revealed the withdrawal of licenses from 31 recruitment offices for violating recruitment practice rules, providing labor services, failing to meet the minimum performance requirements based on standards and conditions, and failing to comply with providing shelters according to specified standards and conditions and not correcting these violations within the granted correction period.

The Ministry also suspended 13 recruitment offices for having observations and violations of recruitment practice rules, delaying in resolving complaints, failing to return amounts to clients, and violating shelter standards and conditions.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development urged employers and recruitment offices to adhere to recruitment practice rules and avoid committing violations to protect the rights of all contractual parties, emphasizing the need to report any violations in the recruitment sector to the Musaned number: 920002866 or through the Musaned application available on smart mobile devices.
