In line with the ambitious aspirations outlined in Saudi Vision 2030, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has been committed to improving beneficiary experiences and enhancing its digital transformation capabilities. As part of its comprehensive digital transformation strategy targeting all Ministry sectors, the Ministry has successfully automated over 1000 services and procedures to serve more than 32 million beneficiaries.

To establish a positive image among beneficiaries of its digital services and involve them in policymaking and decision-making through a set of proactive strategies, tools, standards, and interactive communication channels, the Ministry has launched several projects and initiatives. These include its unified application, which offers a wide range of services for the labor and social development sectors, aiming to provide an integrated beneficiary experience characterized by ease and convenience.

The Ministry has also developed Musaned platform as a regulated digital market for domestic labor, enhanced data quality and integration for all private sector workers through Qiwa platform, and launched several improvements in the amicable settlement system. It has employed artificial intelligence to improve "localization decisions" by predicting the labor market's response to localization decisions before their issuance.

In 2024, the Ministry launched the "Innovate 4 Impact" hackathon to encourage university graduates and job seekers to develop innovative digital solutions, with the participation of 1000 teams. It has also made several improvements to internal and external competency systems, such as Khidmati platforms, family counseling, accreditation center, new case registration service, integration with the Ministry of Health on the rehabilitation platform, and empowerment service for eligible social security beneficiaries. The Ministry has improved search features on its electronic portal.

The Ministry has adopted smart gates for its buildings and facilities, along with a virtual branch through a virtual meeting system, governance of digital circuits, financial savings, and launched an employee care contact center. It has automated the performance evaluation data registration for employees in Mawared system, enabling health cadre employees to register their professional classification through Mawared system's self-service, and launched improvements in Khidmati platform and customer service system.

The Ministry has signed several agreements in digital transformation, data sharing, and the use of modern technologies and artificial intelligence with various local and international entities to raise the level of commitment to data governance and enhance technology and innovation in the KSA. It has also organized several events, workshops, and conferences related to digital transformation across different regions of the KSA.

Reflecting these continuous efforts, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has received several awards and recognitions at the local and international levels, including a distinguished presence at the Digital Government Forum 2024, winning various awards. These include achieving first place in the website efficiency and digital content index, with the highest performance among participating government entities at 95.50% in the general measurement index, 93.50% in technical efficiency, and 99.21% in content quality. The Ministry also achieved first place among ministries and second place among all government entities in the Digital Transformation Index, in addition to receiving two excellence certificates in the Digital Government Authority Award for the best initiative in digital inclusion through "Mowaamah" application for services for persons with disabilities, and the excellence certificate in employing emerging technologies at the government entities level. 

The Ministry also won the Best Arab Ministry Award for 2024, presented by the Arab League, as well as the Pega Global Award (Citizens Impact Award - Pega 2024) and the Devoteam Innovation Award for employing artificial intelligence in payment management.
