The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development achieved first place in the 2024 Index for Website and Digital Content Efficiency. The announcement was made during the Digital Government Forum, held in Riyadh alongside the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) 2024.

 The Ministry earned the highest performance score among participating government entities, achieving 95.50% in the overall index, 93.50% in technical efficiency, and 99.21% in content quality. It was the only government entity to receive an "Outstanding" level designation.

This distinction highlights the Ministry's efforts and strategy in the field of digital transformation, aimed at achieving excellence and enhancing beneficiary experiences. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, the Ministry provides innovative solutions that elevate the quality of digital government services. The Ministry’s digital transformation strategy focuses on enhancing services for the sectors it oversees, offering more than 1,000 digital services and procedures, benefiting over 32 million individuals.
