The project aims to support the trend to develop the existing regulations in a way that contributes to the development of the social services system to be more efficient and fair and to achieve the goals of the Ministry and the Kingdom's vision 2030 and in line with the current system that serves empowerment according to the future direction by moving from pastoral to developmental. Accordingly, the administration intends to care for and empower orphans to submit a proposal to establish A basic regulation for the care of orphans that includes all the laws and regulations currently in force or what needs to be amended according to the future orientation of our orphaned children.
