It is inevitable to create a group of the alternatives that should be taken by the judge instead of the custodial penalties.This initiative should be into effect because of the negative impact of the houses allocated for the juveniles such as isolating the juvenile from his family and community which could change his personality or charachter to be anti-society. Whereas the alternative penalties could achieve mant goals when they are imposed on the juvenile in accordance with his/her personality traits or charachterisitics and the type of the offense or crime committed.
