The mini grossroot local associations are defined as the associations that their capital doesn't exceed the amount of SR 100.000 where those association are considered as a main factor in expanding the Non-profit sector and increasing its spreading and efficiency, encourging the community to contribute in providing the developmental services through mini specialized associations which get innovated incentives and privillages in coordination with the concerned parties.
