The current procedures for obtaining visas for expats will require that the employer must submit what proves that he advertised the vacancy on the NLG Portal for certain days (which differs according to the sector and the job type ).The employer will then obtain identical files of the job seekers who should be contacted for making interviewsand assesment. After implementing the condition of (verification of the labor market ) the employer then can apply to get the NLG visa in case he didn't manage to fill the vacancies with Saudis.
