Today, His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi, inspected the Digital Prudence Center and the Cybersecurity Center in the Ministry’s Digital Transformation Unit, to ensure the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.

During his visit, His Excellency checked the technical solutions, proactive control systems and digital transformation systems provided by the Ministry with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and achieving levels of service assurance by means of adopting proactive control methodologies and by emphasizing the role of the established departments to raise the quality of performance and services provided.

 
The Digital Prudence Center includes several specialized departments/units, such as, the Proactive Monitoring and Control Unit that works 24 hours to predict and analyze technical alerts for digital platforms and services before service breakdowns, and to take the necessary measures to avoid them; the Assistance and Digital Support Unit and the Digital Quality Assurance Unit also work with all departments and units inside the center in order to achieve monitoring objectives, enhance solution provision and first-level support, and to measure the accuracy and quality of solutions and services provided in accordance with international standards.
