The international indicator of the laborers' performance considers the efficiency of labor disagreements settlement as a main indicator to measure the level of the labor market attractiveness in many countries.The consultative study aimed at evaluating the current condition of the labor disagreement settlement committees has revealed that current statutory and operational environment doesn't conform with the international rates pertatining to the number of the laborers's disagreement cases and their settlement rates. Moreover it shows that the rules and regulations do not conform with the best international practices.
