The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signed a cooperation agreement with the Prince Mishaal bin Majid bin Abdulaziz Center for Social and Humanitarian Research from a distance, where the Ministry was represented in this agreement by His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Social Development A. Majid bin Abdul Rahim Al-Ghanimi, while the Center was represented by His Excellency the President of King Abdulaziz University, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Obaid Al-Youbi.
The agreement aims to strengthen the partnership with the various community institutions, as it stipulated many items, including providing advisory and logistical services to activate and implement the strategic initiatives of the two parties, prepare specialized studies and research in all areas of interest to both parties, provide competencies and experiences that contribute to achieving their goals, and design and provide programs Training and human resources development in partnership between the two parties, organizing forums, exhibitions and festivals, in addition to making use of the facilities available to both parties in holding courses and workshops within the limits of each party’s jurisdiction.
The implementation mechanism of what was mentioned in the memorandum also depends on forming a part-time joint work team that includes a number of employees in the center and the ministry, to define the mechanism of work with regard to aspects of joint cooperation between the two parties, and the team prepares a detailed plan on each of the related topics and distributes roles and responsibilities in a manner Clear, in a way that ensures effective implementation after presentation to those with authority. Reports of roles and responsibilities and defining terms of reference and powers related to the topics raised in this memorandum shall be submitted to those with authority for approval.
It is noteworthy that this agreement comes within the ministry’s plans to conclude various partnerships with all sectors of the state and its private institutions, in order to improve the quality of services provided to the beneficiary groups, and to achieve the vision of the Kingdom, which emphasized the need for integration between all government and private agencies to serve citizens better.
